Recipe: Chef Alex Goh Joy of Making Cookies (changes by me in blue)
Ingredients:
(A)
50g castor sugar
100g brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
100g butter
60g margarine
1 tsp liquid glucose  (can replace with honey)
(B)
1 Egg (i used C grade)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

(C)
200g Flour ((i used low protein flour)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder

(D)
100g pecans, chopped
100g semisweet chocolate chips

Method:
Cream (A) lightly, then add in (B) and cream till smooth.
Add in the sieved (C) and mix till well combined.
Lastly, add in (D) and mix till well incorporated.
Drop a teaspoonful of the dough into the greased baking pan.
Bake at 170C for 15 - 18 minutes.
