Daisy's Ultimate M&M Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:-
1 cup shortening (Crisco sticks work well here!)
1 cup packed brown sugar ( can use 1/2 cup )
1/2 cup sugar ( I used castor sugar about 1/3 cup )
2 eggs ( small size )
2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups M&M's ( mini M&M's is better )  
1 cup chocolate chips ( semi sweet chocolate chips )

Method:-
Blend shortening and brown and white sugar together in a large bowl.
Beat in vanilla and eggs.
Add in remaining dry ingredients (salt / baking soda / flour ).
Stir in M&M's and chocolate chips.
Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Use extra M&M's to decorate the tops of the cookies.
Bake in 170C degree oven for 10 - 30 minutes or until golden brown.

If you used castor sugar and brown sugar, cookies will become soft, if just a brown sugar only cookies will become crunchy.
