Holiday Chicken Meatballs


Recipe: Enak Rasa Dari Dapur Kim
Ingredients:
Chicken meat, minced
Mashed potatoes
Carrot, diced or sliced
Red chili, diced or sliced
Yellow Onion, diced or sliced
Spring onion, sliced
Bread crumbs
Nutmeg, a pinch
Paprika powder
Cayenne powder
Black peppers powder
Salt
Mix fruits, soaked in hot water for 1 minute, then squeeze the water not too hard
Corn oil

Enough oil for deep frying

Method
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl, then mixed together with hand, gently combined all the ingredients.
Keep the dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Take a small scoop and gently performed to a golf size ball.
Heat oil.  Drop a few balls and fry till golden brown.
Toss and serve with pineapple sauce, orange sauce or sour cream.
