Taiwanese Three Cup Chicken

Ingredients:-
1 ~ 11/2 lb chicken drummets
15 ~ 20 cloves garlic, peeled (1 sliced and fried)
1 small pcs of ginger, sliced
Fresh Red Basil leaves, i used spring onions

Ingredients for Sauce:-
1/3 cup low sodium light soy sauce
1/3 cup rice wine, substitute with water
1/3 cup sesame oil
3 tbsps cane sugar
1 tsp dried chili flakes or fresh red chili

Method:
Brown the chicken with garlic and ginger for few minutes before adding sauce mixture.
Cook the chickens for 15 - 20 minutes or almost done.
When almost done, add fresh Basil Leaves and stir fry, then cover with lid for 1 minute.
Transfer to a serving bowl when sauce is thickened. Serve hot.
