Ayam Masak Padang























Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken
1 no. coco
salt to taste
3 pcs dried tamarind
2 pcs turmeric leaves
3 pcs star anise
5cm cinnamon stick

To blend:
40gm gingernut
3 stalks lemongrass
40gm galangal
30gm turmeric
40gm garlic
40gm candlenut
50gm shallots
50gm chilli boh

Method:
Clean and cut chicken into 12 pieces.
Squeeze coconut milk and heat oil in wok.
Fry blended ingredients with chilli boh, cinnamon stick and star anise until fragrant.
Pour in coconut milk and add chicken.
Season with salt.
Add turmeric leaves and dried tamarind.
Stir evenly and cook over medium heat until chicken is tender.
Serve with hot white rice, ketupat, lemang, lontong or roti and etc.
Super easy and yummy................
