Parmesan Herb Wanton Crisps

Ingredients:
1/2 ~ 2 ounce package is store bought square wonton wrappers
Olive oil spray or non stick spray
1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese 
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese 
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh thyme leaves

Method:
Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.
Line a two large cookie sheets with parchment paper. 
Cut the wonton skins into half. 
Lay the wonton strips on to the cookie sheets. 
Spray with olive oil spray. 
Sprinkle the strips with grated parmesan cheese and then shredded parmesan cheese. 
Sprinkle with two finely chopped fresh herbs. 
Bake for 7 ~ 9 minutes or until they turn brown and crispy. 

Notes:
Make sure you use fresh herbs with these crackers because it really gives a more savoury flavour. 

To cut the wonton into equal size, stack them on top of each other and cut them with a sharp knife. 

Add a little heat to this recipe by adding a little cayenne pepper or black peppers. 
Serve this with a cheese dip or spinach dip, with hot soup instead of crackers. 
Or just as a snack by themselves.
