Thai Basil Chicken

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons garlic - minced
1 1/2 cup red onions
1 cup red bell pepper sliced into strips
2 tablespoons green finger pepper, seeded and sliced
1 kilo cubed chicken breast fillet 
1/2 cup oyster sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 cup water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1/3 cup chopped basil
1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 1/2 tablespoon water

Method:
In a wok, put oil, saute garlic, red onions, red bell pepper and green finger pepper.
Add chicken and cook until colour changes.
Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, water and soy sauce.
Stir in chopped cilantro and chopped basil.
Cook until chicken is tender.
Add cornstarch then simmer for 1 minute.
