Crunchy Cookie Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened ( 2 sticks )
1/2 cup cookie butter ( 1/2 cup peanut butter because i could find cookie butter in here )
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips ( 12 oz )
1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup brown sugar ( 1/2 cup )
1/4 cup granulated sugar ( 1/3 cup white sugar )
1 egg C grade
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

Method:
Heat oven to 130C / 250 F.
Whip the butter and sugars for 2 minutes on medium speed.
Add the egg, cookie butter (peanut butter), vanilla, continue mixing.
With a spatula or wooden spoon mix in the flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon powder.
Add the chocolate chips and mix until everything is evenly blended.
Spoon onto a non-greased pan or baking sheet.
Bake for 9-10 minutes.
