Recipe By: Alan Ooi (In Love With Cakes)
Ingredients:
(A)
250g Butter
180g Brown Sugar
(B)
4 nos. Grade A Eggs
2 tbsp Black Treacle
2 tbsp Golden Syrup
1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
(C)
200g Plain Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
(D)
150g Walnut (chopped)
200g Pitted Prunes (sliced)
Method:
Beat (A) till fluffy, add in (B) slowly and mix well.
Fold in (C) followed by (D) and stir till well incorporated.
Pour mixture into a lined and greased 10" cake tin, bake at 160C in a preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
