Recipe: Chef Florence Tan ~ Biscuit Code
Ingredients A:
150g castor sugar + brown sugar ~ modified by me
250g margarine
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 egg yolks
Ingredients B:
300g flour *
100g corn flour *
1 tbsp cocoa powder * (all marked with * ~ sifted)
40g choped walnuts
70g mixed fruits
Method:
Cream ingrdients A well until light and fluffy.
Add egg yolks last and beat for 2 minutes.
Add in ingredients B and stir well.
Add chopped walnuts and mixed fruits last.
Spoon teaspoonful of mixture onto a greased baking tray and bake at 170C to 180C for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
