Chocolate Chips and Coconut Cookies


Recipe: Chef K.S. Lee Famous Cuisine No. 36
Ingredients:
250g unsalted butter modified by me 100g butter + 150g margarine
150g castor sugar i used 140g
1 egg
240g cake flour* i used plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate soda* ~ marked * sifted
100g toasted desiccated coconut
150g chocolate chips

Method:
Beat butter, sugar and egg until 60% fluffy.
Fold in sifted flour, soda, desiccated coconut and chocolate chips, mix until a dough is formed.
Drop teaspoon of dough onto baking tray.
Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 20 mintues
