Ingredients A:
60g butter
160g water
1/2 tsp salt
Ingredient B:
120g high protein flour
Ingredients C:
2 eggs, beaten
60g ham, chopped and pan-fried
One red chili padi, diced
50g green capsicum (deseeded, finely shredded)
50g cheddar cheese, grated
Method:
Heat a pot over medium heat, add in ingredients (A), keep on stirring till it bubbles (do not bring it to a boil).
Add in ingredient B, stir together very briskly till a dough is formed.
Cool the above, add in ingredients C and combine well.
Clingwrap and keep chilled for 30 minutes to make it firm.
Divide the above into equal small part.
Shape into rounds. Deep fry in hot oil till golden colour.
Remove, drain of oil, serve hot
