Rava

Ingredients:
1 cup Rava
1 cup Sugar - Kim removed about 4 tablespoon
1 1/2 cup Milk
1 1/2 cup Water
1 tsp Cardamon Powder
As per taste Cashew nuts and raisins
3 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Orange Food colour - Kim used about 4 drops

Method:
In a pan heat 1 tsp of ghee and fry cashewnuts and raisins till it is golden brown.
Don't fry them dark as the raisin would taste bad.
In the same pan fry the rava till it's light golden brown colour and keep it aside.  Add milk, water and sugar into the pan and mix well.  Also add cardamon powder and food colour.  Allow it to boil.  When boiling add the rava little by little and stir well.  Make sure no lumps are formed.   
Add the remaining ghee as well.  Stir continously till it becomes little thick and add cashewnuts and raisins.
