Ingredients A:
150g prawns paste
1 tsp corn flour ~ i used potatoes flour
Salt and pepper powder to taste
Ingredient B:
250g Broccoli, cut into florets
Ingredients C:
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 cup stock
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp rice wine ~ i used lime juice
Potato flour Solution (mixed well)
1/2 tbsp potato flour
2 tbsp water
Garnishing:
1 tsp fish roe
Method:
Mix ingredients A evenly.
Spread a layer of ingredients A mixture on top of a broccoli florets.
Repeat the steps with the rest of the ingredients.
Arrange broccoli florets on a steaming plate, place into a steamer and steam over high heat for
5 minutes.
Sauce: In a saucepan, combine ingredients C and bring to a boil. Add potato flour solution and stir well.
Pour sauce over broccoli florets evenly.
Garnish with fish roe. Serve immediately with plain rice.
