Chicken Khada Masala

Ingredients:
600gm chicken
5 tablespoons oil
3 ~ 4 whole red chillies
3 bay leaves 
2" cinnamon 
4 ~ 5 black cardamon
10 ~ 12 blackpepper corns
6 ~ 8 cloves
1 flower Javitri (mace flower) 
2 cups onion sliced
2" ginger minced
10 ~ 15 garlic minced
6 tablespoons curd
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 

Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaves and whole red chillies. 
Add crush cinnamon, black cardamon, cloves and javitri, fry for few second. 
Add onions then saute for 3 minutes. 
Add chicken, curd, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. 
Then add 3 tablespoons of water. 
Simmer the heat. Cover till oil separate from the masala on low heat. 
It will take about 45 to 60 minutes, stir occasionally. 
Add little water till chicken is soft and cooked. 
Garnish with coriander leaves. 
Serve hot with Indian flatbread, chapati or plain rice.
