Oreo Cupcakes

Ingredients:
125g butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup self-raising flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 large eggs (I used 3 small eggs)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
5 pieces oreo biscuit - crushed with the cream
Extra oreo - cut into chucks (Mamafami's added)  

Method:
Pre-heat oven at 170C. Line the muffin cups with cupcakes casing.
Sift self-raising flour and baking powder.  Keep aside.
Cream butter and brown sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla essence.  Beat well.
Add in sifted flour and mix well.  Do not overbeat.
Stir in the crushed oreos.
Spoon the batter into the cupcakes casing.  Top with a few chunks of oreo biscuit.
Bake for 20 minutes.
