Nutmeg Apricot Chicken

Ingredients for 6 servings:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
12 pieces chickens
1 onion slice
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon nutmeg powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder 
1 cup vegetable broth, use chicken broth
1 apricot, I use 100gm
1 tomato 
Garnishing:
Mints leaves
Coriander leaves
Capers or green olive

Method:
Take a frying pan, add 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable oil. 
Add sliced onions, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric, cinnamon and nutmeg powder, stir fry the ingredients. 
Add vegetable broth and cook for about 5 minutes. 

Add chickens in separate sauce pan, add vegetable oil and heat over medium flame. 
Fry the chickens pieces and cooked both sides until they turned crispy and slightly brown in colour. 
Add vegetable broth mixture into sauce pan and cook with the chickens. 
Cut tomato and apricot, add them into the sauce pan and stir well. 
Cook it for about 20 minutes on low flame and let it cook. 
Once done garnish with fresh coriander, capers/green olives and serve hot.
